By using any Nexio Tools product you agree to these terms. Our tools are AI-powered and results should be used as a guide only.
Our tools are provided as-is. Results are AI-generated and should be used as a guide only. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend consulting a qualified professional for legal, financial or career decisions.
You may not use our tools for any unlawful purpose or to process content that belongs to third parties without their consent.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges unless explicitly stated.
Under Dutch and EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the tool immediately, you explicitly agree to waive this right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
If you have not yet accessed the tool and wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, contact us at nexio.tools@gmail.com and we will process a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after accessing the tool, contact us at nexio.tools@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Starter access is valid for 3 months from purchase. Pro access is valid for 1 year. Lifetime access does not expire. Access is tied to your purchase email address.
We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
The output generated by our tools is yours to use freely. We retain no rights to your input or the output generated from it. The Nexio Tools brand, design and code remain our intellectual property.
Nexio Tools is not liable for any decisions made based on the output of our tools. Contract2Check in particular does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified lawyer before signing any contract.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the relevant tool.
Your use of our tools is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store any content you submit to our tools.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible. Continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
